Tony Crilly BSc. (Hons) FIFST is a highly experienced food safety specialist with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the food manufacturing industry. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with an honours degree in Food Science, Tony has held a range of senior technical roles – from Quality Systems Manager to Group Technical Manager – across a wide spectrum of food businesses, from SMEs to large multi-national processors.
Throughout his career, Tony has developed and led food safety and quality systems in numerous product categories including fresh and frozen meat, meat products and preparations, dairy, ambient goods, bakery, vegetarian, gluten-free, multi-component, and high-risk/ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. He has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting major UK and Irish retailers and food service clients.
